Abstract
The issue of social security is one of the basic tasks of any society, no matter how developed on one hand or backward on the other hand, the need for security is necessary and essential for the sustainability of life as insecurity leads to anxiety, fear, homelessness and the cessation of livelihoods, which leads to the collapse of societies and the foundations of their existence. Concepts of social safety have varied. In light of the transformations that the world is witnessing with the emergence of new dangers and variables that have left their effects on all life forms, whether related to the life of the individual or the life of the group. The state, regional security and international security, where the individual seeks to adopt the behavior that insures him from the dangers that threaten his life, his family or his property through his awareness of the followers of legal procedures to ward off these dangers and resort to the law to provide safety while being careful for the lives of others, so this research came to shed light Shedding light on the spatial dimensions of social security and clarifying its internal and external determinants in post-2003 due to economic developments Iraq Social security and changing the political system in Iraq left an impact on social security in Iraq, and the research reached a set of results, the most important of which are the following:
