Abstract
It is of utmost importance to achieve urban development for any city that is intended to be inhabited by residents who wish to live in it, as it achieves an adequate quality of life for them in all economic, social and environmental aspects. In order to achieve urban development, it is necessary to understand and analyze the geographical characteristics that envelop that city and the shape of its environment, so that we distinguish the positive effect from it and develop it, identify the same negative impact and evaluate it or discuss its alternatives.
