Abstract
The study aims to analyze the geographical distribution of the workforce in the field of primary and secondary education in the education sector of Al-Muthanna Governorate at the district level and the variables affecting that distribution at the level of primary and secondary education (teachers and teachers) as well as (administrative and service personnel) and the geographical distribution of educational forces according to the exact specialization of primary education And the secondary one was relying on (ARC GIS) technology in mapping, analysis and showing the variables The study aims to reveal the reality of its spatial distribution and the appropriateness of the distribution with the population density of each district, and the study found that there is a discrepancy in the distribution of educational forces at the district level, and the study showed that the highest percentage of the workforce in primary education is higher than in secondary education, as the percentage of the workforce in primary education reached (70%), while the workforce in secondary education reached (30%) of the total educational force in the education sector of Al-Muthanna. And it became clear through the study that the district of Samawah ranked first in the number of the educational workforce in the education sector of Al-Muthanna Governorate at the level of primary and secondary education by (44% and 43.45%), respectively. As for the Salman district, it is ranked last among the districts in the number of workforce in primary and secondary education by (1.04% and 1.79%) respectively, and the education sector suffers from a severe shortage of educational staff, especially with regard to some specializations, especially at the level of primary and secondary education.
