Abstract
Therefore, one of the obstacles to implementing the guardianship decision, which sometimes prevents the guardian from performing his assigned duties, is the refusal or negligence of the bank administrator to cooperate with the guardian and prevent him from accessing the bank’s books, records and contracts on the one hand, and the bank’s funds and public deposits on the other hand. Even if the guardian has access to those books, records, contracts, funds and deposits, the biggest challenge lies in how to preserve them. The question that can be asked is: Is the bank under guardianship a safe place to preserve the above-mentioned funds and documents?
