Abstract
The People's Republic of China has been keen to consolidate its relations with the Islamic Republic of Iran since its proclamation in 1979, and in all fields, especially in the field of its developing nuclear program, taking advantage of the failure of Iranian attempts to persuade Western countries to resume their work in this field due to American pressure, and searching for new partners to complete the program, In a way that contributed to strengthening the relations between the two countries to the extent that worried the United States of America and made it put pressure on popular China to stop its support for developing this program, and it succeeded in that in 1998.
