Abstract
The theory of AL hijaj in the language is a theory of the linguistics that cares about the linguistic means adopted by the speaker for the purpose of directing his speech as a specific destination that enables him to achieve his goals. communication or news and AL hijaj involved in the structure of the discourse is achieved by providing the speaker with arguments and evidence that lead to a specific result that the speaker may or be detrimental to the context.
