Abstract
This objective of this research is to identify the nature of symbols used in the six-month October protest movement which is considered to be a distinct protest in which symbols are used to communicate a contact message to society and the state for a symbol is depicted as relation involving meanings and indications understood for society and achieving its mental and emotional effect by calling for the symbols established in the collective mind of Iraqi society, and by adding them in line with the protest movement.
