Abstract
Divorce is the separation of two spouses from each other in a way that stems from the religion that they owe, and it is either by agreement of the two parties or by the will of one of them. The negativity is bad in the social structure of any country. The research came by focusing on studying divorce cases over a period of time 2015-2019 in order to know the evolution of the phenomenon. And treat it, to reduce its effects on the social structure of the family
