Abstract
It is known that the unilateral Iraqi economy depends on oil, which represents an economic and political force. From an economic point of view oil is an important tool for financing development projects, while politically it is a tool to impose an authoritarian regime and manage the hegemony of the state. The dependent economic construction is a limiting factor, but it does not impede the independence of the state. If there is political will and the strength of society, but what we are seeing now in the political and economic arena is the lack of seriousness of the decision-makers in advancing development Comprehensive and independent of the Iraqi state, in the sense that there is no free political will that can confront what is happening in Iraq, and the truth is that dependency is the other side of the absence of political and economic independence, as the Iraqi economy suffers from economic dependency, and this was demonstrated through the use of indicators of economic dependency Iraq’s Dependence on the outside world reached By (99%).
