القوة الناعمة وأثرها على العلاقات بين الدول في ظل جائحة كورونا
Abstract
The study seeks to demonstrate the extent of the impact of soft power on the foreign relations of countries in light of the Corona pandemic (Covid-19), and how soft power tools enabled the great countries (the United States of America, China, Russia, and some European Union countries) to achieve their strategy to influence structural changes in the Map of the world in light of the Corona pandemic, reaching an analysis and evaluation of the effects of soft power within the organized strategic framework to achieve the foreign policy goals of the countries of the United States of America, Russia and some European countries, and the study used the descriptive and analytical approach in answering its following questions: What is soft power and what distinguishes it from hard power? What is the scientific concept and the historical development of biological diseases, and what are the implications of the use of soft power in the external relations between states? The results of the study concluded that soft power has results that are no less dangerous than the consequences of using economic pressure tools or military power known as hard power. The results also proved that the repercussions of the Corona virus on international relations led to global division and conflicts of interest, which resulted in the exploitation of America as a pandemic. Corona to continue American dominance in the world.
