Abstract
The existence of informal structures in the state is a definite and urgent necessity as complementary and supportive to the official institutions within the entity of the state, as it is the supervisory body that works to monitor government performance and thus evaluate its work. The state is indispensable for the presence of professional unions, civil society institutions and political parties operating within the political arena, as it represents a front for democracy. In the modern state, this is in the event that these institutions were operating according to formal well-studied work systems and methodologies and were driven by a patriotic spirit and working in a serious and responsible manner, and this is what the majority of informal institutions that emerged after 2003 in Iraq missed as these institutions were separated according to American standards as well as interference The regional and international that would make these institutions institutions and parties operating according to their personal interests and (empty) and imaginary civil society organizations did not move a finger about the meager reality in which Iraqi society lives at all social, economic and political levels throughout the post-2003 period. In particular, the political parties are both on the political process and a delayed and obstructive factor in political action aimed at building the state. This research has come to address in a comprehensive manner Relate the process of building informal institutions and on three topics. The first topic discussed political parties, while the second topic reviewed Iraqi associations and trade unions.
