Abstract
Traffic accidents are one of the most important traffic problems phenomenon in the world, and it is a war that violates the customs of society and its aspirations with the resulting victims, whether drivers of cars or road users, or material possessions, and it has become more severe on societies than other dangers such as wars, as it is a war that is not like other wars Because wars rise to the end of one day, and traffic accidents are a continuous war that devours the resources of states and kills all groups of society and causes a lot of damage and damage to private and public property. In which the number of deaths due to diseases is decreasing in general, thanks to the development in curative medicine, preventive medicine and environmental health, we find that the number of deaths from traffic accidents is increasing.
