Abstract
The Muthanna Chamber of Commerce was established in 1970, and its existence was of great economic importance for the governorate in order to facilitate commercial transactions for traders and regulate private contracts, as it is a professional economic organization that aims to sponsor economic activities and represent those in it within the framework determined by laws and regulations and that the changes that occurred in the structure of the Iraqi economic system, The Chamber’s tasks have been multiplied and turned into an institution that works to organize the affairs of merchants and all the various activities, through professional activities and distinguished partnerships and to provide suggestions, studies and active participation in expanded conferences and seminars within a For countries and countries outside and the issuance of data, in addition to its contribution to spreading commercial awareness, providing advice and guidance on how to apply laws and instructions issued by the competent authorities, and its interference in arbitration to resolve commercial disputes between the conflicting parties, and also sought to implement the demands of its members and the aspirations of the people of the province in all economic and social fields.
