Abstract
The foreign policy of the Soviet Union is one of the basic elements on which the Soviet politicians relied on the news of their new order, especially since that system had faced in the beginning a great rejection by the major countries, which saw that the Communist system that was established at the time, a threat to their political systems, so party leaders sought Communists since they took power after the victory of the October Revolution in 1917 to improve their relations with these countries and gain them alongside them to obtain international recognition of their political system, and thus raise the status of the International Soviet Union in Europe and the world, and among the most prominent figures who had an important role in the field of relations I hope for the Soviet Union at that point, its Foreign Minister, Vyacheslav Mikhailovich Molotov, who took over the presidency of the Soviet government during the period 1930-1939. The country witnessed at this stage a real and impressive success of the Soviet Union in international relations, and is also the culmination of the activity of previous years, so friendly relations (political and economic) were established. ) With many European and Asian countries, which is a recognition of the new Soviet system.
