Abstract
After the widespread phenomenon of corruption and the suffering of countries, including the work of the international community to find advanced ways to reduce corruption through an international convention establishes legal frameworks to combat corruption and unite efforts to reach harmonized and uniform laws to eliminate corruption, so the United Nations adopted the Convention against Corruption in 2003, to form the basis for combating Corruption at the national and international levels.
