Abstract
This research seeks to find out one of the landmarks of the ancient Arabic linguistic lesson, (Kitab Sibawayh), this book which is a comprehensive encyclopedia of knowledge that carried within it several arts. Sibawayh has linked grammar to several sciences, and we have the right to say that Sibawayh is the cornerstone of many sciences. Linguistic, which is concerned with the study of language in all its levels, and his work is not limited to studying the structure of the word, the end of the sentence, and its syntax, but rather goes beyond this issue to study the conditions of speech, stating the intention of the speaker, and paying attention to the apparent and implicit meanings and the difference between an expression and another and all of this appears in the chapters of deletion, increase, introduction, delay, biblical, dhikr and other of these chapters that approximate what the modern deliberative lesson went, and whose main goal is to stand on the intention of the speaker and know the implicit meanings, the difference between what is said and what is intended, his goal was the basis is the meaning, and he was not interested in verbal grammar isolated from its use context. Rather, his interest was focused on the two parties of the discourse from the speaker and the listener, and the relationship between them during the communicative process, and the contextual and social circumstances in their formulation of the grammatical rules, the interpretation of linguistic phenomena, their analysis and their representation. Therefore, our research came to stand on the precious moments that Sibawayh deposited in his linguistic phrase, and their approach with what came in the concepts of the deliberative lesson, especially the rules of linguistic communication, these rules that study the difference between what It is said, and what is meant.
