Abstract
Increasing attention is being paid to issues of improving the standard of living and promoting the sustainable future of families. This requires the integration of social, economic and environmental areas in order to ensure this is achieved. As for Al-Muthanna Governorate, it suffers from spatial differences in living standards between families as a result of the exceptional circumstances in Iraq and the absence of planning, will and insufficient development programs for all aspects of economic and social life, as well as financial and administrative corruption and then its impact on the living standards of families and achieving welfare for the citizen.
