Abstract
Cuneiform texts reveal to us various images and attitudes about strangers in Mesopotamia civilization. The research aims to shed light on the position of Mesopotamia civilization community on those strangers, whether outside the borders, or within the borders, when when the gutans are described as enemies, we are about how they became enemies? And why? In addition, has the Rafidai community divided strangers on its land based on ethnic, biophysical, or cultural, civilizational grounds?
