Abstract
The issue of banning nuclear-weapon-test ipoa-iuu occasion means to prevent others from acquiring nuclear weapons by the United States of America, which were considered an appropriate way to keep its nuclear progress and maintenance through to its national security from the threat of states with nuclear aspirations such as France and China, and moved to the international level to convince these countries, including the Soviet Union to commit to not to do testing of nuclear weapons, it can through a nuclear test ban treaty 1963.
