Abstract
Sexual harassment occurs in every continent and in all types, professions, studies and statistics indicate that sexual harassment is a major problem in the workplace. Sexual harassment may be practiced by superiors against subordinates (employees) as in some heads of state (US President Bill Clinton and Israeli President (Zionist entity) former Katsav)) and may be practiced by some employers and government departments of acts of shameful acts against workers as they harass them Sexually and physically under the pressure of material and moral, taking advantage of the authority given to them by threatening and stopping the promotion and dismissal of the employee in order to catch them sexually, may be harassment by some employees and workers towards their colleagues Women work in the workplace, and may be harassed in public and private places. Experiences in many countries of the world have shown that the best and most successful remedies and actions to combat sexual harassment in the workplace require a combination of legal norms, stronger enforcement, appropriately-funded institutions, more awareness-raising, educational programs that work together, develop joint plans, find new mechanisms, and use modern technology. To increase contact to face the phenomenon of harassment. The World Health Organization emphasizes that one of the most important societal causes in the subject of sexual violence and harassment is the absence of deterrent laws and the rule of law or the weakness of those laws in the face of this scourge, deterrent laws can protect victims and deter harassers and aggressors.
