القصور التشريعي في حماية البيئة في العراق بعد عام 2003
Abstract
Pollution of the environment of Iraq is not an urgent problem, but rather the result of what the wars left on Iraqi society before 2003 and after the events, and the lack of cultural awareness of some individuals and their activities that increase the pollution of the environment. It also includes legislation and laws to keep pace with the continuous increase in the causes of trimester, due to the inadequate legal text of the development taking place in social and political life.
