التغير المناخي لسقوط الأمطار في محطات الموصل وبغداد والبصرة للفترة (1938-2014)
Abstract
The climatic change is considered, in our present time, the most significant globally due to its problems in the ecosystem generally. Rain data were analyzed for seven small climatic cycles per cycle (11 years) for the period (1938 - 2014) for three climatic stations to determine the magnitude of climatic change in the amount of rains fall. The stations of (Mosul - Baghdad - Basra) recorded a total rains fall (376.6 - 143.9 - 140.1) mm / year serially. The first climatic cycle (1938-1948) in Mosul and Basra stations recorded the highest amount of rains fall (417.4 - 171.4) mm / year, while the seventh climatic cycle (2004-2014) recorded the lowest amount (302.4 - 107.1) mm / year in a decreasing ratio from the first climatic cycle (30.54% - 45.9%), serially. While the second climatic cycle (1949-1959) in Baghdad station recorded the highest amount of rain (176.6) mm / year, while the sixth climatic cycle (1993-2003) recorded the lowest amount (113.6 mm / year) and a with a decrease ratio from the second climatic cycle (43.85%). The Mosul station recorded the least station change and fluctuation while Basra station recorded the highest change and fluctuation in the amount of rains fall.
