Abstract
The research aims to identify psychological security among primary school pupils from the point of view of educational counselors, and the sample of the educational counselors in elementary schools in Basra Governorate Education (the center) was for the academic year (2019 - 2020) numbering (60) guides and guides, the scale was built Through previous studies and literature consisting of (26) paragraphs, and it was presented to the experts in the field of psychological counseling (6) an expert to find the apparent honesty of the scale, then conducted the stability. It is very high stability, and the results show a difference of D Statistically in favor of the sample members, the educational counselor found an effective role in primary schools to stabilize and maintain students.
