Abstract
This research deals with the responsibility of riparian states to violate the human right to water as the result of their violation of the principles governing the right to use the water of international rivers, which lids to reduce of obtaining an adequate and acceptable quantity of sufficient water to guarantee human dignity. This breach of the governing principles shall result in provoking the responsibility of the violating state, the affected state has the right to compensation.
