Abstract
The research focused on the efforts exerted by the United States of America on Jordan to be included in the 1978 Camp David Accords, but King Hussein clearly declared his opposition to the Convention because he was not involved at the beginning of the negotiations. He also called for a comprehensive settlement at the time of negotiations He also called for the withdrawal of Israel from the West Bank and the Gaza Strip as a condition for the approval of the Camp David Accords and stated that he did not want to make a unilateral peace with Israel without these conditions. And led to the Jordanian refusal to strain the public Iqat between the parties.
