Abstract
This study is concerned with the geomorphological characteristics of the dry valleys that are included in the valleys between the Badra and the Al-Jbab River east of Wasit governorate. These valleys are characterized by drought for most of the seasons. Sarghar, Ain al-Abed, Khatira, and most of the area of the valleys extends outside the Iraqi borders within the Iranian territory, through the study was surrounded by each of the natural factors in the region, which is represented by the geological and topographic structure, climate, soil and natural plants.
