Abstract
That the modern era has become the cradle of many modern and diverse transactions Which was not before its age, in view of the activity of economic movement at the local and global level, so this aspect is the main engine of States in all directions in the spects of civil and cultural life, and within this economic activity emerged new transactions It has taken upon itself a wide space among the members of society. The most important feature of this new system is that it combines the element of location, the real estate unit and the element of time represented by the time unit, which enables the beneficiary to use the real estate unit during the year and over a number of years.
