Abstract
The importance of industrial investment is becoming more and more important. It plays a key role in economic life, which is a determinant of growth and productivity.Therefore, this study came to highlight the reality of industrial projects in Al Muthanna Governorate for the period (2008 - 2017) as well as an extensive study of all the industrial projects completed in the study area The study followed the regional approach, which means studying the governorate as a unit in its own right without the surrounding areas, and the inductive approach through which field studies were conducted. Based on the above, the study reached a number of results, foremost of which was the presence of the Investment Authority in Al-Muthanna Governorate, which contributes to the development of the investment province map and to attracting investors, but its work is limited to more than one authority, which is reflected in the number of projects licensed in the province by the Muthanna Investment Authority for the period (2008 - 2017), twenty-seven projects some of these projects are not completed and some are in the completion phase, but (11) projects have been fully completed. The study also recommends creating an environment conducive to investment, especially providing a secure political environment to satisfy the investor wishing to invest in the province.
