Abstract
To develop a training program based on the integration approach and identify its impact on developing conciliatory thinking among biology teachers, the researcher followed the experimental method procedures, using an experimental design with two equivalent groups with pre- and post-measurement. The research community consisted of biology teachers in Samarra Education Directorate, numbering (96) male and female teachers. The research sample consisted of (24) male and female teachers, the sample was randomly divided into two groups, the first experimental group consisting of (12) male and female teachers who participated in the training program, and the second control group consisting of (12) male and female teachers who did not participate in the training program. The researcher rewarded the two groups in a number of variables such as (years of service, academic qualification, conciliatory thinking test). The researcher prepared his research tool, which was a conciliatory thinking test for biology teachers, which consisted of (25) paragraphs. The researcher trained the teachers himself, and after the experiment was completed and the data was collected, the results were analyzed using appropriate statistical methods such as the Mann-Whitney test for two independent samples and the Wilcoxon test.
