Abstract
The Constitution of 1947 was one of the most important international constitutions. It was the foundation of Japan's transformation towards modernity and the adoption of democratic concepts in all areas of life. It contributed to the transformation of the Japanese individual from a tool of war into a tool for peace. He also founded the Japanese Renaissance after the Second World War. , That Renaissance that adopted modernization and modernity by taking advantage of the Western experience (specifically American), as the basis for building an integrated democratic state.
