Abstract
The promotion of man in all his sects is achieved by elevating him towards the moral qualities of creating the good man and emphasizing the citizenship of the individual and his belonging, and thus elevating his family and society and then building the state and establishing sound civilizations according to the legal texts. The Islamic religion has introduced a number of provisions for citizenship and affiliation The individual as the end of religions and its goal to build the individual thought and action to achieve the welfare of society and humanity through orders and prohibitions in the most expressive, and closest to the understanding, and vowed punishment for those who left behind, and promised the reward of those who obey.
