Abstract
The subject of national integration is one of the topics that have become of great importance at the present time because of its importance in the treatment of many of the crises that affect the political systems in third countries of the world. There is no doubt that Iraq consists of a diverse population of national and religious, and that this diversity should be a factor of weakness, not strength by the ruling regimes that have dominated the rule of Iraq since 1921 and so far because of lack of mechanisms to crisis management of this diversity, which led As a result, the weakness of the state and its failure represented by the dominance of sub-loyalties over national allegiance, the absence of a national national identity, and political crises represented by the crisis of legitimacy and infiltration, distribution, legitimacy and other crises, making the state in Iraq weak both inside and outside. National as a way to contribute to building a political system at present and protect him a lot of crises that may be exposed.
