Abstract
This study attempted to identify the psychological compensation of an important segment of the society that deserves study. It is one of the most inclined segments to the psychological compensation which represents a case of filling the deficiency in the Elderly, which affects his personality and psychological balance, which makes him tend to creativity and development in various areas of his life. The second chapter deals with the conceptual framework of psychological compensation.
