Abstract
The history of modern and contemporary Iraq is now an urgent need to study the progress of influential figures politically, economically and socially, because the study contributes to the disclosure of hidden events and developments disappeared with the progress of time, and Sami Shawkat is one of those characters that left a clear impact in the history of Iraq Through his national political activity and his role in supporting and developing the bully system in Iraq. At this stage, the prominent feature of Italy and Germany, between medicine and the national tide, was the starring of Sami Shaukat and the controversy over his call for the so-called death industry.
