Abstract
This research shed the light upon the attitude of Imam Ali bin Abi Talib to the Islamic conquests (Alfetohat) the battles of Muslims after the death of the Prophet Muhammed and conquests in territories were rolled by Sassanid and byzantine, after full revision of Imam's ALI ideological and historical heritage basically the texts derived from the book of (Nahj al-Balaghah), we believed that he played a major role to settle the uprising conflict and expansion power of moral caliphate after prophet's death as equalizer due to his position in wisdom to maintain the ethical principles of Islam parallel with new warfare policy of caliphate and preserve the identity of the Prophet's Massage, by advice as consultant and participation of his close friends to maintain this policy with minimal casualties, and to prevent a counter-attack in case of defeat, to maintain the Muslims' conquers to apply Islamic ethical jihad and not drifting after greed.
