Abstract
A study on the role of the Egyptian leadership represented by Gamal Abdel Nasser in the attempt to overthrow the government of the revolution of July 14, 1958 in Iraq, because of its opposition to the projects Gamal Abdel Nasser to merge Iraq into unity with Egypt and Syria, and the different directions between Abdel Nasser and Abdul Karim, In front of him in achieving his goals, led by the Arab countries, so he sought in all ways and possibilities to divide Iraq, and this was achieved in February 1963, the fall of the government of the July 14 revolution in Iraq.
