Abstract
There were many methods of Quraish legislators to fight the Islamic call in its Mecca phase between accusing the Prophet Muhammad of witchcraft, madness, or poetry. They also tried to raise their voices during the reading of the Holy Quran. They tried to prevent people from hearing him and to be influenced by his call. When they did not achieve their goal, they adopted a different style of distorting the word of Allah. The Almighty says that when he ended up prostrating and sealing the sura, he prostrated all those present with him, all of them Muslims and polytheists.
