Abstract
Iraq witnessed with the Second World War bad economic conditions despite the early preparations of the Iraqi government through the issuance of several laws which tried to regulate the economic life and prevent the monopoly of goods and materials, especially necessary, but the economic crisis was fierce, especially on low-income earners where prices rose to ten Weakening and disappearance of basic foodstuffs and did not solve the government procedures without exacerbating the crisis and tried through the Directorate of Supply to identify the import of basic materials and the prevention of the export of grain and basic materials and then established a government independent ministry And the Ministry of Supply practiced the organization of economic life through many annual data, which were binding on the application.
