Abstract

Morphometric studies of dry aquifers are studies that have received considerable attention from geomorphologists, because it is a survey unit that defines measurable indicators and characteristics. The area of ​​research was the Wadi Al-hybaa Basin, which is located between longitudes (45-49-9˚) and (46-7-22˚) to the east and latitudes (10-57-29˚ and (18-13-30˚) to the north. It covers an area of ​​(230.5819) km2, The researcher relied on the climatic data for the period from(1981 - 2016) for the stations of Samawa, Basra, Najaf and for the period from(1986-2010) to Rafha.
