Abstract
The available water system requires meeting current and future needs, as low quantities of incoming or low quality will stand in front of economic development plans, which is reflected negatively, especially in the shrinking areas of agricultural land and the small number of crops that will be planted in a manner that puts the economy in decline compared with the steady increase in population.
