Abstract
The study also focused on this by addressing the distinction between disputes of international legal and political, through the statement of the standards set by international jurisprudence, and the standards set by international conventions, and then to address the importance of this division. It was clear that international jurisprudence created a number of criteria the most important objective criterion, the standard profile, and a standard limitation or the census, and the standard of the importance of the dispute. International conventions and created two methods, two way or limited to the census, and the way standard definition. It has been shown that international conflict legal is that the conflict who accepts settlement, either before the courts of arbitration or International Court of Justice, who accept the solution, according to the rules of international law existing at the time the dispute arose. The practical importance of this distinction lies in determining the type and nature of international conflict, and the reduction of conflict resolutions of the political and judicial organs, as well as reducing the performance and the phenomenon of the politics of the judiciary.
