The evaluation of the efficiency of the distribution of closed commercial services in Baghdad, using the Spatial Analyst method and using the GIS program is a developmental indicator for the sustainability of these services. The study links between the fairness of distribution and the application of development indicators or criteria to reach these services, Concepts of sustainable development The importance of balance in distribution as the main indicator to stimulate development and economic growth to satisfy the needs of the individual and to provide employment opportunities according to the standard of living. The study focuses on highlighting the role of modern technology, Through the use of spatial analysis to assess the efficiency of the volume of balance in the distribution (closed commercial complexes) in order to support development policy, hence the study emphasizes the importance of spatial relations (Topology) reference to the criteria and indicators of development work to achieve activities suitable for sites such as the relationship of juxtaposition, communication and containment. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is the role of technological development and progress in the production of analytical maps using geographic information systems GIS in spatial analysis and in the process of geographical distribution as an important indicator of development indicators to find future plans and solutions. It is a new and evolving approach to the development and revitalization of commercial use and incentive for the individual as it shows competition for commercial services in one location.
