Abstract
I have found that the best speech after the Holy Quran’s and Holy prophet Hadith’s, is the speech of the Prince of beleevers, the Master of guardians and Mohammed’s Minister from his households, Ali Bin Abi Talib (Pbuh), I followed traces collected by Alsharif Alradhi belong to his grandfather, the Prince of beleevers, I have chosen texts concering the Holy Quran science, when this scene was matured, settled and ripen on its platform, starting From the statement of the Prince of Believers about his detailed knowledge with this holy book, as he said, “Ask me about the book of Allah”, stating his knowledge with the time and place of revealing each verse, his witness to himself that the prophet of Allah has read them to him and taught his recitation and interpretation, and that he and his households meant with the words of Allah in the saying “Rooted in science”.
