Abstract
This study aims at highlighting the Fundamental aspects to adequacy to assess the ups and downs draining of annual and monthly water resource respectively to the area of Shatt Al-Diwaniya as well as other water channels network. The study also target uncovering relevant aquatic resources in AL-Qadisiyah governorate. The target is achieved by shedding light on the natural factors which have effectively cemented a tangible variation within the annual and monthly drainage rates of local water resources.
