Abstract
Human development aims to raise human reality socially and economically and transform this reality to the best status. The transformation depends on three main indicators namely longevity of life, getting knowledge and suitable life level. Therefore, the major aim of development is man so this research insisted of knowing human development actuality in the governorate included introduction and two parts. Introduction included the problem, hypotheses and goal of research while the first part discussed human development level which was intermediate (0.675). Second part discussed the difficulties that face human development indicators. Results diagnosed that difficulties for educational, healthy and financial input indicators. Research ended by conclusions, recommendations and references.
