Abstract
The research deals with the personal and administrative case study of a number of governors for Diwaniya Liwa, between 1945 - 1958, in the first year the law of the Iraqi brigades administration No. (16) for the year 1945 in the District of Diwaniya in the era governor Tawfiq Al Naeeb, until the revolution of July 14 in 1958 that ended the Royal rule in Iraq. He assumed the post of acting Liwa of Diwaniya between 1945 - 1958 m eight governors on variation for survival in office according to the method of their management and administrative record.
