Abstract
Discusses the current research the of life were monitored by the Human Development Report (2014) and then, they are dealing with these Application to the case of Iraq and accumulates the risk persisted level of crisis has become linked to the title of the current situation, it is sufficient to monitor these but research aims also, the implications of these analyzed by selecting a sample rate of 300 units, including university students, to know the indicators risks monitored by this segment type, represent the research indicators here in the community risks also indicators Diwaniya in the Middle Euphrates from Iraq for not room for human research.
