Abstract
The concept of marriage is affected by religion and the social conditions prevailing in each country, and therefore this concept may differ from one country to another, which requires the judge to search for this concept to determine the legal nature of the relationship in dispute, as what is considered valid by law may be invalidated according to the nationality law of the two parties to the marriage.
